These Terms and Conditions govern your use of apexpropen.com (the "Site"), operated by TruSkin Aesthetic Group ("TruSkin," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site, Apex Pro and ApexPDRN+ are intended for licensed medical and aesthetic professionals and their practices in the United States. The Site is not intended for consumers or patients. By submitting an inquiry, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a licensed practice or are a licensed professional.

Information on the Site is provided for general business and educational purposes. It is not medical advice and does not replace the clinical judgment of a licensed professional. Treatment decisions, patient selection and protocols remain the responsibility of the treating provider. Individual treatment outcomes vary.

Apex Pro is an FDA-cleared Class II device. Use Apex Pro and ApexPDRN+ only as labeled and in accordance with their Indications For Use, instructions and applicable law. Product descriptions, specifications and images on the Site are for general information and may change without notice. The product documentation provided with your purchase controls.

Prices, trade-in values, cartridge pricing, guarantees and program terms shown on the Site are for general information. They are subject to change, availability and confirmation in writing. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell. Your purchase is governed by the written quote, order confirmation or agreement you receive from TruSkin, which controls over anything on the Site.

The profit calculator, savings figures, payback estimates and other examples on the Site are illustrative only. They rely on assumptions and on the numbers you enter, exclude labor, overhead, taxes and other costs unless stated, and are not a promise or guarantee of any financial result. Compare them against your own invoices and records before making a decision.

The Apex Pro Challenge is a 30-day money-back trial. A qualifying purchase includes the Apex Pro pen and 10 cartridges. If you are not happy with the results, you may return the pen and all unused cartridges within 30 days of purchase. Your refund is issued upon successful return. Eligibility and the complete terms are confirmed in writing at the time of purchase, and those written terms control.

The lifetime device warranty, 24-hour loaner guarantee (when you notify us by 2 p.m. Eastern), consumable price guarantee and other support programs described on the Site are subject to the written terms and conditions provided with your purchase.

You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us. By submitting an inquiry, you agree that we may contact you by phone and email about Apex Pro, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or automated inquiries, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Site’s operation, or copying or scraping its content for commercial use.

The Site and its content, including text, images, video, graphics and logos, are owned by TruSkin or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Apex Pro, ApexPDRN+ and TruSkin Aesthetic Group are trademarks of their respective owners. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation, but you may not otherwise copy, modify or distribute Site content without our written permission.

The Site may link to or use third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SITE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Product warranties are provided only in the written warranty terms that accompany your purchase.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSKIN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
